Instead of your normal 34,000 BTUs, this griddle boasts a scorching 48,000 over 613 sq. in.! The flat top griddle features Blackstone’s patented rear grease trap, so you can push all debris and grease out the back with ease. The hood can be used for protecting your griddle from dust and dirt, or for trapping in heat when cooking. This propane-powered flat top grill features two shelves with tool-holding hooks and a magnetic strip so you have all of your tools easily at your disposal.
