The CAP Barbell Chrome 47 Olympic Curl Bar is just the right piece of equipment to aid in the development of your arms, chest and back. This bar, also called the EZ curl bar because of the zig zag or wave in the bar, is an essential training tool that isolates and intensifies development of biceps, triceps and forearm muscles while decreasing discomfort to the elbows and wrists due to the curved design that provides several different grip widths and hand positions. The CAP Barbell Curl bar is made of solid steel with a high-polish chrome finish, rotating sleeves and knurled handgrips. This weight curl bar is designed to work with Olympic, two-inch plates, with a maximum weight capacity of 200 pounds. Please note: collars are not included.
