Made of heavy-duty blue carbon steel, this 1/8in-thick pan was designed to allow for longer pre-heating and excellent heat distribution, which results in a hotter surface for quickly singeing crêpes. The style has remained unchanged since the early 17th century, and features a flat, spot-welded iron handle. Must be seasoned before using. Not dishwasher-safe.
